Accor has partnered with Q Real Estate Development Company to launch Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman. Set to open in 2027, this new hotel will feature 240 spacious rooms. Located on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast, this area is becoming a popular tourist spot.
The announcement of Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman is the latest in a series of developments transforming Egypt’s northern coastline. This region is evolving from a domestic favorite to a global destination. Q Developments is making its hotel debut in Q North, a mixed-use development near the luxury coastal area of Marassi. Guests can reach the hotel with a 1.5-hour drive from Alexandria Borg el Arab International Airport or a 3-hour drive from Cairo.
The hotel’s low-rise design and beachfront location promise comfort and modern amenities. Guests will enjoy a restaurant, a trendy café, a pool bar, and a rooftop bar with stunning Mediterranean views.
Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman: Modern Amenities and Entertainment
Novotel Sidi Abd El Rahman will offer a range of wellness and entertainment facilities. A state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, outdoor swimming pool, and padel courts will cater to active guests. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy activities right from the beachfront.
While the hotel mainly targets leisure travelers, it also offers facilities for the MICE market. A 600-square-meter ballroom and four 50-square-meter meeting rooms are ideal for weddings, conferences, and team-building events.
