The 15th Africa Property Investment (API) Summit is returning for its annual event on September 19 and 20, 2024. This year, the premier real estate gathering will make its Cape Town debut at the Westin Hotel, with a strong focus on “IMPACT.” The summit will delve into how effective strategies and execution drive real estate success amid Africa’s evolving landscape.

Over 550 delegates from more than 30 countries will attend this landmark event. The API Summit 2024 will gather key stakeholders, including leading banks, listed funds, institutional investors, developers, and operators. They will converge to shape the future of real estate in Africa.

Focus on Impact and Demand

As environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements reshape the market, developers and investors focusing on impact and real demand are poised for success. By optimizing space and driving foreign direct investment (FDI), impactful assets can transform communities and countries. Though AI, climate action, and diversification are crucial, prioritizing impact will define long-term winners in the sector.

The summit will host over 100 speakers, offering a platform for regional and global participants across the real estate value chain. Attendees can expect two days filled with power-packed sessions and networking opportunities.
