Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, part of Grupo Piñero, is launching its first hotel management project in Cape Verde. Partnering with Banco de Fomento Internacional (BFI Bank), this venture marks the company’s entry into the African market. The hotel will be located in Murdeira, on the island of Sal, and promises a luxurious, family-friendly, five-star experience.

This significant project involves an investment of €120 million. It aims to create 500 direct jobs in the local community. The hotel will feature 605 rooms, emphasizing comfort and unique themes to attract families.
