CITYBLUE HOTELS’ CEO JOINS LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL ADVISORY BOARD, ENHANCING HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP AND EXPANSION.


Africa’s leading business school, Lagos Business School (LBS), appointed Jameel Verjee, CEO of CityBlue Hotels, to the LBS Hospitality Initiative’s advisory board. He joins industry leaders Trevor Ward and Mossadeck Bally.

Dr. Belinda Nwosu, Academic Director of LBS Hospitality Initiative, said the platform aims to develop Nigeria and Africa’s hospitality industry. It focuses on advisory, engagement, research, and capacity building.

CityBlue Hotels operates in five countries with plans to expand. Partnering with LBS will help CityBlue enter West Africa, starting with Accra, Ghana, later this year.
