IHG Hotels & Resorts, a leading global hotel company, has inked a deal with Arabella Group to develop three new hotels in Egypt between 2023 and 2026. In response to the rising demand for upscale resorts and hospitality in Egypt, IHG’s portfolio in the North African country will expand by over 500 rooms with the addition of three new properties: InterContinental North Coast, voco Cairo Arabella Plaza Cairo, and Crowne Plaza Cairo Arabella Clubhouse.

The agreement strengthens IHG’s presence in the luxury and premium segments in the region and highlights the popularity of its high-end hospitality offerings among owners and guests.

The three new-built hotels are currently under construction in attractive locations across Egypt. The signing of the three new hotels with Arabella Group will support this growth by providing new and exciting luxury and premium hospitality experiences to cater to discerning travelers.
