Kenya Airways Launches Asante Executive Hub for Government Travelers
KENYA AIRWAYS OPENS THE ASANTE EXECUTIVE HUB, OFFERING SPECIALIZED TRAVEL SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENT AND EXECUTIVE TRAVELERS. FUTURE EXPANSIONS INCLUDE TICKETING FOR OTHER AIRLINES AND EXECUTIVE CHARTER SERVICES.
Kenya Airways (KQ) has unveiled The Asante Executive Hub at Kenyatta International Convention Center (KICC) in Nairobi. This innovative travel center offers tailored services for government and private sector executives. The hub provides one-stop solutions for ticketing, customer care, and other travel needs, with a focus on convenience, safety, and efficiency.
During the launch event, Allan Kilavuka, Group Managing Director and CEO of Kenya Airways, emphasized the airline’s dedication to providing premium services. He said, “The Asante Executive Hub reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, specialized travel solutions for government officials.”
The Asante Executive Hub is strategically located at KICC, making it accessible to international travelers attending global conferences. This prime location boosts the Asante hub’s value for executive travelers, reinforcing Kenya Airways’ role in managing government travel.
Kenya Airways Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, Julius Thairu, highlighted the company’s focus on customer satisfaction. He mentioned, “We are setting new standards for customer loyalty and expanding our services at the hub to meet the growing demands of government and executive travelers.”
Additionally, in the coming months, The Asante Executive Hub will be fully accredited under the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP). This will enable the hub to offer ticketing services for other airlines, executive charters, and advanced online travel management.
