In 2023, The Ritz-Carlton plans to open two new hotels in North America, including its first property in America’s Pacific Northwest region, The Ritz-Carlton, Portland, and The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie in Arizona’s Scottsdale area. Additionally, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, will extend the brand’s presence in Australia, while The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, will offer a new experience in Japan’s business district. In 2023, St. Regis, Marriott new hotel is set to debut The St. Regis Kanai Resort, a captivating retreat within a 620-acre nature reserve along Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. The resort offers breathtaking ocean views from every guestroom. Additionally, St. Regis plans to expand its footprint in North America with The St. Regis Chicago, an architectural masterpiece envisioned by Jeanne Gang Studio. The brand is also preparing to introduce its renowned Butler Service and storied legacy to Belgrade, Saudi Arabia’s capital city of Riyadh, and a resort on a private island within the Red Sea project.

W Hotels

Looking ahead to 2023, W Hotels has exciting plans to debut in Prague, Budapest, Edinburgh, Sydney, Macau, and Milan. Furthermore, W New York – Union Square and W Hollywood will undergo remarkable transformations, offering a completely reimagined W experience.

EDITION

EDITION Hotels, known for their unique and personalized approach to hospitality, recently opened properties in Madrid and Tampa. In 2023, the brand is rapidly expanding internationally with new openings in Italy, Mexico, and Southeast Asia.
