This partnership aims to enhance the territory’s appeal and uplift the Gabonese economy. Kasada, with its experience and a current portfolio of eighteen hotels in eight African markets, will play a pivotal role. It will identify, evaluate, structure, and manage hotel projects in Gabon from conception to completion.

In this collaboration, one of the projects to be examined is the upscale hotel complex that will be situated in the northern region of the Baie des Rois site. The hotel will cater to the increasing demands of urban planning, business tourism, and leisure activities, and will provide unique services and local experiences. It will be constructed using sustainable materials, incorporate water treatment, and utilize green energy sources in accordance with global norms.

The Baie des Rois is included in the urban development initiative for the Baie des Rois Special Investment Zone (ZIS), which is spearheaded by FMCT. As per the Plan d’Accélération de la Transformation (PAT), it aims to become an exceptional hub with a sustainable, innovative, and low-carbon city approach. Situated on Libreville’s waterfront, it offers a mixed-use of real estate and commercial space for local residents.
