SOFITEL COTONOU MARINA HOTEL & SPA OPENS IN BENIN, OFFERING LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS, DINING, AND WELLNESS SERVICES.

The Sofitel Cotonou Marina Hotel & Spa has officially opened in Benin. This luxurious hotel is ideally located near Cotonou’s key attractions, including the Esplanade des Amazones and Route des Pêches, both popular with tourists. Benin, known for its political stability, rich culture, and traditions, is promoting itself as a top destination in West Africa through its new brand, “A World of Splendours.”

The hotel sits just a five-minute apart from Cotonou International Airport, nestled within a 29-hectare natural park. This vast green space, located in the city center, provides breathtaking views of both the ocean and the city. Sofitel offers 198 rooms, including 14 suites and 5 Duplex Suites, complete with private pools.

Four dining options will enhance the French-inspired Sofitel experience, with bars and restaurants gradually opening between September and December 2024.

For relaxation and wellness, the hotel features a 1,000 m² spa. Guests can enjoy a variety of treatments in five specialized rooms, including a duo room and an indoor pool. The spa offers signature rituals using KOS Paris products, known for their natural ingredients. It also introduces the Origin Ritual, a special treatment made from 100% organic products sourced locally in Benin.
