Transcorp Hotels’ Aura Launches AuraFlex, A Flexible Payment Option for Luxurious Hospitality Booking

AURA BY TRANSCORP HOTELS LAUNCHES AURAFLEX, A FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTION FOR BOOKINGS ON THEIR ONLINE PLATFORM, DEMOCRATIZING ACCESS TO LUXURIOUS HOSPITALITY.

Transcorp Hotels’ Aura brand has recently launched AuraFlex, a new flexible payment option allowing customers to choose how they pay for their hotel, home, or experience bookings on the platform. Aura’s online platform offers luxurious hospitality and aims to provide users with easy access to unique accommodations verified for quality and value for money.

The AuraFlex feature allows users to pay for their bookings over time, with installment payment options available at checkout using any payment method on the platform. The feature has been available since March and has been well received by customers booking in advance for future holidays or small businesses locking down dates for future accommodation needs.

AuraFlex is applicable for bookings worth N50,000 and above, and payments can be made up to 14 days before each stay. According to Ifeoma Okafor-Obi, Business Development Director for Aura by Transcorp Hotels, AuraFlex is expected to become a fundamental payment method for bookings on the platform.

The new feature is part of Transcorp Hotels’ mission to redefine hospitality in Africa through innovation and exceptional service, and AuraFlex will help provide more people with access to luxurious hospitality across Nigeria.
