LEVA Hotel, a dynamic lifestyle hotel brand declares the initiation of two projects in Zimbabwe, signifying a momentous stride in our dedication to sustainable development and progress.
Hotel Projects in Zimbabwe: Expanding Horizons in Newlands Suburb
In partnership with Troika Design Workshop (TDW), we introduce the LEVA Hotel Residences—a visionary 120-unit project in the Newlands suburb, Zimbabwe. This aligns with our commitment to modern, eco-friendly living spaces prioritizing comfort and sustainability.
Additionally, in collaboration with Turnbury Property Developers, we embark on constructing a LEVA four-star hotel boasting 180 rooms in the Mount Pleasant suburb. This project reflects our dedication to providing world-class hospitality in harmony with the local community. Both projects are set to complete within the next two years.

Turnbury: Shaping Communities
Turnbury stands out as a distinguished real estate development firm, dedicated to molding communities and establishing enduring value. Simanga Madhlabuta is guiding this firm.
Born out of TDW in 2019, Turnbury separates construction contracts and property development pursuits from core consulting operations.
Together, LEVA, TDW, and Turnbury aim to set new standards in hospitality in Zimbabwe by opening these 2 hotel projects. With a shared commitment to excellence, we look forward to creating a brighter, sustainable future for the region.
