Deutsche Hospitality Expands Steigenberger Brand with New Property in Egypt’s Sinai
Deutsche Hospitality expands its Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts brand with the opening of a new property, the “Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village”, in Sinai, Egypt. The hotel offers stunning views, a range of amenities, and various accommodation options, including a picturesque settlement of cottage buildings on the beach.
Deutsche Hospitality, the company behind the Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts brand, has expanded its presence in the Egyptian market by opening a new property in the Sinai. The hotel, named “Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village”, was completely renovated and developed by Deutsche Hospitality to become part of the Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts family. The opening in mid-March brings the brand’s total number of properties in Egypt to 16.
The Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village boasts a unique location at the northern end of the Sinai Peninsula, with stunning views overlooking Israel, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Guests can enjoy a range of activities, including snorkeling in the Red Sea, exploring wild desert landscapes and mountains, and visiting Bedouin camps.
The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a hotel-owned sandy beach, freshwater and saltwater pools, and several restaurants serving traditional Oriental cuisine, exquisite seafood specialties, and Mediterranean and international cuisine. There are also three bars located in the lobby, by the pool, and at the beach.
Accommodation options include suites and rooms in the main building, all of which feature a balcony with sea views, and a picturesque settlement of cottage buildings called the Nelson Village. In addition, the hotel features a casino and various meeting and banquet facilities.
