Pan Pacific to Double Serviced Suite Footprint with Global Expansion


Pan Pacific Hotels Group, under its Singapore-listed parent company UOL Group Limited, is set to expand its global development portfolio by 50%, adding over 4,000 keys by 2023.
In 2023, Pan Pacific will make its first foray into Africa with the opening of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi in Kenya. Located in the affluent Westlands business district, the 26-storey tower in Global Trade Centre (GTC) Nairobi will offer 128 luxury keys, including one- and two-bedroom suites and penthouses.
Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi offers its residents a range of facilities to enjoy including a lounge, meeting room, gym, wine and cigar lounge, multi-media room, outdoor pool, children’s playground, and manicured lawns. Additionally, the complex features an upmarket shopping mall and food courts.

Tranquil Lakeside Retreat in Vietnam
In early 2023, Parkroyal Serviced Suites Hanoi will open its doors on the banks of West Lake, the largest freshwater lake in the Vietnamese capital. Offering 122 keys, each suite will come equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchenette, a washer, and a dryer. The aparthotel will also feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, multi-function spaces, a fitness center, and wellness facilities, including a swimming pool.
Flagship Property in Jakarta
In July 2023, Pan Pacific Hotels Group will launch Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta within the Thamrin Nine integrated complex, marking its entry into Indonesia. With 180 skyline suites and a range of facilities, including a grand ballroom, a fitness center, and a children’s pool, the property aims to cater not only to business travelers but also to long-stay families and leisure travelers. This site is part of the group’s triple-property launch in Jakarta, with sister properties Pan Pacific Jakarta and Parkroyal Jakarta opening in November 2023 and June 2024, respectively.
Expanding Presence in Key Markets
In addition to the upcoming openings, Pan Pacific Hotels Group recently debuted Parkroyal Suites Bangkok in Thailand, featuring 194 keys, and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur, adding 210 rooms to the Malaysian capital.
