Rotana company to Expand Hotel Presence with Six New Properties in Egypt and Algerian Market Entry

Rotana Company, a distinguished Abu Dhabi-based hotel management powerhouse, is making waves in the hospitality industry with its strategic expansion initiatives. This includes the introduction of six new hotels in Egypt and a momentous entry into the Algerian market with the opulent Azure Rotana Resort & Spa in Oran. Further solidifying its presence, Rotana is gearing up to oversee the management of approximately 30 Edge by Rotana properties across the region by 2027.

An Abu Dhabi-based hotel management company Rotana, has announced plans to open six new hotels in Egypt. The company aims to launch Luxor Rotana by the end of 2023, followed by properties in New Cairo and North Coast in 2024.

Rotana will also expand into the Algerian market with the Azure Rotana Resort & Spa in Oran, set to open in the next quarter. Additionally, the company has signed a management agreement for Bloom Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island and an initial deal for a five-star resort in Benin.

Rotana aims to operate approximately 30 Edge by Rotana properties in the region by 2027. Two new Edge by Rotana-managed hotels has recently opened in Arabian Park and Damac Hills 2 in Dubai. Presently, the company operates 72 hotels in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey, including 36 hotels in the UAE.
