Tunisia to Hold Regional Employment Events Offering 4,000 Jobs in the Tourism Sector
TUNISIA TO HOST REGIONAL EMPLOYMENT EVENTS OFFERING OVER 4,000 JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN THE TOURISM SECTOR, AIMING TO MEET INDUSTRY NEEDS AND ENHANCE THE COUNTRY’S IMAGE AS A TOURIST DESTINATION. THE EVENTS WILL PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR JOB SEEKERS AND AIM TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION OF GRADUATES FROM HIGHER EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING.
Tunisia will be organizing regional employment events, providing more than 4,000 job opportunities in the tourism sector. To address the growing demand for workforce in the tourism industry, regional employment events will take place from May 24 to 31 in selected governorates. An online survey conducted for tourist institutions revealed that approximately 80 establishments have over 4,000 job openings available.
The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, conducted the survey from May 2 to 10 as part of the initiatives discussed during a joint working session held on April 17.
The regional employment events aim to meet the needs of the tourism sector by connecting job seekers with relevant job opportunities. Additionally, these efforts seek to enhance the conditions for a prosperous tourist season and ensure the professional integration of graduates from higher education and vocational training. Ultimately, the goal is to elevate the quality of services provided and present Tunisia as an exceptional tourist destination.
