In a joint venture, Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Nile Developments are introducing Tycoon Tower, Africa’s tallest hotel in Downtown New Administrative Capital, Egypt. Standing at 233 meters tall, the hotel will make a significant historical addition to the area and serve as the apex of the tourism real estate investment sector.

Tycoon Tower, Africa’s tallest hotel, is set to launch in the Downtown New Administrative Capital of Egypt, as a result of a partnership between Nile Developments and Millennium Hotels and Resorts. The hotel, which stands at a height of 233 meters, is located in Nile Business City and is the largest project Nile Developments has undertaken thus far. It boasts modern interiors, a stunning design, and an infinity pool on the roof offering panoramic 365-degree views of the Downtown area and the entire NAC, as well as luxurious facilities.

Tycoon Tower has attracted a healthy demand from clients and real estate brokers, who view the project as a historical addition to the NAC’s Downtown area and a pinnacle of the tourism real estate investment sector. Millennium Hotels is expanding its reach into Africa for the first time. The project is part of a wider initiative to invest in the education, health, and infrastructure sectors of the New Administrative Capital project, which aims to create a major business and tourism hub in the region.

Nile Developments is the first Egyptian private real estate developer to specialize in developing skyscrapers and has collaborated with international experts to ensure that its projects are in line with the most delinquent international benchmarks in creation.
