Africa’s Paradise and Wilderness Group has chosen Hotelogix, a leading global provider of cloud-based hospitality technology, to provide centralized control over its 21 properties across Tanzania and Zanzibar. The group, which manages lodges near national parks, resorts, and boutique hotels near beaches, has an excellent reputation for hospitality and aims to expand its portfolio further.

Before adopting Hotelogix, the group used a locally sourced solution that needed multi-property features. Niels van Capel, Financial Controller at Paradise & Wilderness Group, said Hotelogix offered the centralized control they needed and praised its faster implementation, seamless integration, and support.

Hotelogix has enabled the group to manage revenue centrally, connect to a channel manager to sell more OTAs, and integrate a booking engine for incremental direct bookings via its website. The group is now compliant with e-invoice issuance as mandated by the Tanzania Revenue Authority.
