Fauchon Hospitality, founded in 1886, is a luxury gastronomy leader with over 100 retail boutiques, gourmet cafes, and restaurants in 50 countries. The brand promise centers around the acronym “GLAM”: Gourmet, Location, Arty & Artisans, and Mesdames. Jacques-Olivier Chauvin, CEO of Fauchon Hospitality, said the partnership with Aleph Hospitality would ensure the signature Fauchon style and service is flawlessly delivered to customers in the region. Aleph Hospitality manages hotels directly for owners and aims to have 50 hotels in the Middle East and Africa by 2026.
