Cvent evaluated over 12,500 cities for the Top Meeting Destinations list. The criteria included the number of room nights booked, unique electronic RFPs sent, total RFP value, and the awarded value for meetings.
For the Top Meeting Hotels, Cvent considered factors such as the total number of RFPs, awarded RFPs, room nights, market share, conversion rate, and response rate. This comprehensive evaluation aimed to accurately reflect the top meeting hotels in North America, Europe, MEA, and Asia-Pacific.
