These rankings, compiled from the Cvent Supplier Network, are highly regarded by event organizers. In 2023, more than $16 billion in MICE business was sourced through Cvent’s online platforms.

Dubai holds the top spot on the Top Meeting Destinations list, followed by Istanbul and Abu Dhabi. The rankings show improvement for cities like Riyadh, Doha, and Casablanca, each climbing in the top ten.

In the hotel rankings by Cvent, Conrad Dubai takes the top position, followed by InterContinental Dubai Festival City. Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai, improved its ranking, securing the third spot. Newcomers like Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah and The St. Regis Downtown Dubai also made the top ten.

Cvent evaluated over 12,500 cities for the Top Meeting Destinations list. The criteria included the number of room nights booked, unique electronic RFPs sent, total RFP value, and the awarded value for meetings.

For the Top Meeting Hotels, Cvent considered factors such as the total number of RFPs, awarded RFPs, room nights, market share, conversion rate, and response rate. This comprehensive evaluation aimed to accurately reflect the top meeting hotels in North America, Europe, MEA, and Asia-Pacific.
