HILTON AND AMAZON FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT JOIN FORCES TO INTRODUCE LUXURIOUS HILTON CAIRO NEW CAPITAL TOWER IN THE HEART OF EGYPT’S NEW ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL. WITH 120 UNITS AND AMBITIOUS EXPANSION PLANS, HILTON ALSO STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN EGYPT.

Hilton is set to make its mark in Cairo’s New Administrative Capital (NAC) with the signing of Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower. Teaming up with Amazon for Urban Development, the new-build property will grace the top floors of a prominent mixed-use tower in the heart of the NAC.

Strategically situated in the Central Business District, Hilton Cairo New Capital Tower enjoys proximity to government offices, private businesses, the Diplomatic Quarter, and key residential areas. Moreover, with easy access to the Capital International Airport, Mono-Rail and Cairo Light Rail lines, the hotel stands at the crossroads of convenience.

Carlos Khneisser, Hilton’s VP of Development for the Middle East & Africa, also expresses excitement about the collaboration. He said, “The hotel sits in a unique location, giving guests access to one of the capital’s vibrant business communities.”

Featuring 120 units, the hotel comprises 72 guest rooms, 48 one-bedroom suites, four dining options, a pool, and a fully equipped fitness center. Eng. Hilton’s Impressive Portfolio Growth and Luxury Ventures

This venture aligns with Hilton’s ambitious plan to double its Egyptian portfolio, with 14 operational hotels and 16 in the pipeline. Cairo, a focal point, houses six operational hotels, including the recently opened Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis and the soon-to-open Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi.
