Anchoring its hospitality offering on fresh and innovative concepts, LEVA Hotels is embarking on an ambitious expansion exercise. By the end of 2023, the dynamic lifestyle hotel brand aims to modernize and manage a total of eight properties across the Middle East and Africa.

LEVA’s Ambitious Expansion Plans

In KSA, Hotels has signed two strategic Hotel Management Agreements. It has signed two agreements. One with Jeddah-based EKONO by Leva Al Shati and another with the three-star EKONO by Leva Jeddah Airport Hotel. They will transform the service offerings in line with KSA’s Vision 2030, targeting 100 million visitors by 2030. These properties, located within an hour’s travel distance from Mecca, offer convenient accommodations for UMRA travelers.

The Reiz Continental Hotel by Leva in Nigeria will undergo transformation and management under the responsibility of the hotel. This upscale five-star luxury lifestyle hotel, developed in partnership with Kostarget Projects LTD and owned by REIZ Continental Hotels LTD, will fill the gap in Nigeria’s luxury hotel market. The Lagos-based hotel will feature unique and contemporary aesthetics, including five distinct food and beverage concepts in collaboration with Leva’s F&B partner, Sven’s Baker’s Kitchen.

In Uganda, this UAE hospitality brand has taken over the management of Emin Pasha Leva Hotel, Kampala’s first boutique hotel. The property is undergoing renovation to become a top choice for vacationers and business travelers. Owned by The Emin Pasha Ltd., the hotel will combine LEVA’s design language with the region’s aesthetics, attracting a significant increase in bookings.

In Ethiopia, UAE hospitality brand will make its debut with two strategic partnerships. LEVA Afrotsion Semera Resort, located in Ethiopia’s Semera region, will offer a refreshed and diverse hospitality experience. The resort will showcase Ethiopia’s natural beauty, including its lesser-known wildlife, attracting tourists from around the world. Additionally, the 60-key Harsade Harbour Resort, set to launch this year. It will feature LEVA Hotels’ signature design elements, five restaurants, and three conference halls.
