Beaufort Properties Announces Joint Venture with CityBlue in Accra

SUMMARY – BEAUFORT PROPERTIES and CITYBLUE HOTELS have JOINED FORCES to CONSTRUCT and OPERATE TWO APARTMENT BUILDINGS in PRIME LOCATIONS in ACCRA. PINEWOOD RESIDENCES by CITYBLUE, a 30-UNIT DEVELOPMENT in AIRPORT RESIDENTIAL, and TRINITY RESIDENCES by CITYBLUE, a 25-UNIT DEVELOPMENT in EAST LEGON, will COMBINE APARTHOTEL and SERVICED APARTMENTS.

Beaufort Properties, a renowned residential developer in Ghana, has partnered with CityBlue Hotels, a rapidly growing local hotel chain owned by The Diar Group. This long-term collaboration will involve the construction and operation of two apartment buildings in prime locations in Accra.

The joint venture will result in two exceptional properties: Pinewood Residences by CityBlue and Trinity Residences by CityBlue. Pinewood Residences, situated in the highly sought-after Airport Residential Area, will feature 30 units. Trinity Residences, located in East Legon, will offer 25 units. In Q4 of 2023, a combination of aparthotel and serviced apartments will be provided by these properties.
