Beaufort Properties, a renowned residential developer in Ghana, has partnered with CityBlue Hotels, a rapidly growing local hotel chain owned by The Diar Group. This long-term collaboration will involve the construction and operation of two apartment buildings in prime locations in Accra.

The joint venture will result in two exceptional properties: Pinewood Residences by CityBlue and Trinity Residences by CityBlue. Pinewood Residences, situated in the highly sought-after Airport Residential Area, will feature 30 units. Trinity Residences, located in East Legon, will offer 25 units. In Q4 of 2023, a combination of aparthotel and serviced apartments will be provided by these properties.

Located on Senchi Street in the Airport Residential Area, Pinewood Residences by CityBlue is strategically positioned. This vibrant street is home to notable landmarks such as Mirage Residence, Association School, Kass Towers, and Hollard Life Assurance.
