SUNSET HOSPITALITY GROUP (SHG) HAS PARTNERED WITH AFRICAN HOSPITALITY GROUP (AHG) TO CREATE NEW LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCES IN MOROCCO AND EXTEND ITS OPERATIONS INTO NORTH AFRICA.

Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), a well-known hospitality company in the UAE, has partnered with African Hospitality Group (AHG), a top hospitality operator in Morocco, to create new lifestyle experiences in Morocco.

SHG has a variety of dining and social living brands, such as METT hotels and Resorts, FOLIE Restaurant & Sea, SUSHISAMBA, Isola, L’amo, Attiko, Ammos, and Drift Beach. The company’s plans to expand globally include opening SUSHISAMBA in Italy and Azure Beach in Vietnam. African Hospitality Group (AHG) also manages an impressive portfolio of properties, including 24 hotels, 54 restaurants, 21 bars, and 15 lounges across eight Moroccan cities like Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangiers.

The View Hotels, a luxury leisure hospitality brand under AHG’s umbrella, will receive a boost from the collaboration with SHG, improving the brand’s already premium, urban, social, and elegantly designed destinations for both tourists and locals. The collaboration also aims to tap into the high-quality lifestyle hospitality and F&B experiences that the region has to offer.

Antonio Gonzalez, CEO & Founder of Sunset Hospitality Group, said the partnership supports SHG’s diversification strategy and contributes significantly to the hospitality landscape’s evolution. Gonzalez stated that the partnership allows SHG to extend its operations into North Africa, representing an important step in their growth strategy.

Abbas Azzouzi, CEO of Africa Hotels Management, AHG’s Management Branch, added that the collaboration with SHG provides an opportunity to introduce new lifestyle F&B experiences to Morocco, supporting the new strategic vision of Africa Hotels Management. Through its brands and operations, Sunset Hospitality has already paved the way within the hospitality space in other markets, and Azzouzi envisions its long-standing experience and expertise will enable them to replicate the success together in Morocco.
